.
Thanks. Ya those are 2 of the 4 I was looking at. Bulbhead is the Amazon seller, both are Teletrend. The other 2 of the 4 by Brod and Taylor are a lot more expensive $59ish for the regular and $119ish for the deluxe. The deluxe of both brands appear to use metal framing to support the sharpening arms and rods.
Wife has been using an AccuSharp on her Kitchen knives and the sharpener blades have badly gouged the edge of the knives. I have oil and soap stones I've used in the past to sharpen knives, but I no longer have the patience to sit still long enough to use them.

Reading through the topic there is mention that they are somewhat expensive (Brod and Taylor?), but not the most expensive and another mention referring to seen in TV commercials (Teletrends?) and inexpensive. Do these work? Does one work better over the other?
here is a link to the one we use ===> https://www.amazon.com/Edge-Kitchen-Kni ... Edge&psc=1 .... I don't use it on my best knives but it performs well .... don't have anything else to compare it to because its the only one I've tried.... if I was to order another I'd probably upgrade to the Deluxe model ===> https://www.amazon.com/Official-Bavaria ...
