6 years ago I was interested in a 22 cal. shotgun type air rifle that Gamo produced and bought one.
It shot really well and got to thinking how cool a double barrel version might be using a pair of springer actions and so I bought another one.
Took them into my shop took the stocks off and started planning to see if two could be put together.
Both actions are located and pinned together at three points where pins already existed in each rifle. I just custom made longer pins.
Then replaced two screws with a pair of longer screws to help hold them together. The pins help secure and locate both actions.
Next part was to take each one piece rifle stock and mill it precisely in half to have a right and left side for one stock along with cutting off the butt stock and having a pistol type grip.
Turned really well as you can shoot both barrels at once or one at a time with a front bead on each barrel.
A bit of a heavy weight shooter but very much fun and one of a kind!
Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry

Now that is different. You did well on getting it together so nice. First thing you know there may be a factory version. If I did something like that my wife might say "You have to much time on your hands."
