Reloading manuals

I have read many threads on this forum which talk about using universal or unique with cast 200 gr, 250gr and 255gr LRNFP bullets. I have a Lyman 49th and Horniday 9th and 10th edition manuals. None of which list data for those powder and bullet combinations. Which manuals do you use?

I usually see Unique in my Speer manual. I would suggest going to the powder web site, Going from memory, I think Alliant shows max load so probably reduce by 10% for a starting load. Hodgdon lists a starting and a max as I recall. I am assuming you are talking about 45 Colt which I do not load. I do load Unique in other calibers and works ok for me. Doesn't meter very accurately so I weigh each charge. I have no experience with Universal.

I use the Lyman Cast Bullet Handbook, also like the one books. One Book/one caliber. I have several of these and some from the powder companies.
I think the Lee manual shows several options also.

I saw the term "One Book" once before. I wondered what it meant.

A while back, I found some reloading manuals posted online in PDF format. They are older versions, but may be useful anyway.

Odd, as I'm looking at my Lyman book #50, p. 347 and it has that info. Hornady #10, p. 743 has it also. This regarding 250-255gr LRNFP bullets.
200gr in the Lyman #50, is on p. 453[handgun], and the Hornady #10, 200gr is on p. 1,009[handgun].
