I also prepped some 45-70 cases and I put some 41 mag cases in the cleaner today.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

I've so much loaded and ready to just shoot or test?
Was able to order some traiboss and 60 gr 25-20 bullets.
With the match season seemingly in the dumpster, my thoughts turn to long rang rimfire.
I'd like a day of slamming 3/8 and 1/5 size silhouettes at 200 meters.
Varmint Silhouette if You will.
25g 17wsm and 20g 17HMR.

Congrats Jim, what did you pick?

RP

it actually wasn't an easy decision for me to make .... the Lee turret press does have some strong positives but I ended up buying the Hornady Lock-n-Load Classic single stage press .... biggest factors ended up being total cost, familiarity with the product, and type of loading I foresee

1 .. total cost will be less because I already have all of the Lock-n-Load die bushings and such that I will need

2 .. I've used a single stage press since 1965 and have no doubt that it will meet my needs

3 .. I do foresee loading several different calibers but not huge numbers in any of them .... if / when I need large numbers I'll use our Lock-n-Load Progressive Press

Sorted out all loaded .223 cartridges, and putting them in boxes with load data labels.
Boring but necessary.
I've got a bunch of bullets on the way, and I just ordered a new case trimmer for the bench.

My favorite thing to do at the bench trim cases. Worst job in reloading I think.

I thought that was nice of them to at least send an update. I've always gotten good service from Midsouth.

I placed an order with Powder Valley on March 24th for 300 WBY brass .... just checked their website and found the following notice :

Attention!!

Due to High order Volume you will experience delays in shipping. Expect a 6-7 Day Delay If you receive tracking and it doesn't move that night, don't be alarmed. We will be creating labels in advance to help get shipments out quicker.
Currently Shipping Orders Placed 3/19

I saw that, too, a few days ago. They"re all in the same fix.
Gonna be a while. All we can do is order & wait.
