Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Not as much as usual, we had a pretty dry winter, only a couple of storms, maybe 2 inches since January 1.

I envy you RT, It will be a couple of weeks or so before I will be able to get some rounds downrange. Its bee a long three/four months and I am looking forward to some R&R. How's the weather been out there?
Weather has been really good, especially in the deserts. Mid 70's, very little' if any wind. Thinking of taking my Ruger No.1[30-06] out this time. Haven't shot that in a number of years. It's due. Hurry up and get back and do some shootin'!

Well, the 4 lbs of IMR 4198 I had ordered from Hogdon a couple of weeks ago, has been cancelled. Seems they over allocated & when they went to fill the order, there was none available.
I'll have to try later. :(
Sorry to hear that Grunt. I received an email that my W296 was on the way. Sure takes a long time for them to ship but that's okay. I wasn't in any hurry for it.

Loaded 200 rounds of 9mm for my son today. He wants to go to the range again Friday. I'll let him buy his own ammo after this. I loaded a 115gr X-treme copper plated bullet with 3.5 gr of Bullseye using a Remington 1.5 primer. The Lyman book ahs 3.5 as the starting load. I figured that the low pressure might help him with accuracy using that small Kimber micro.

I feel your pain Jake, my son loves shooting with the old man, after all, the old man supplies targets, steel, ammo for everything we are shooting, lunch, transportation to and from the range, and Jameson when we get back home . . . . wish I was my son.
