Very cool! The reason I ask is, I'm loading 8.0gr Unique/250gr LRNFP for my Henry BBS, 20" barrel. My load is simply a plinker. But, that 9.0-9.4 of Unique looks interesting and sporty. Thanks again.

Tom, before I got the Marlin and all I was shooting were the two Rugers, 7.5-8.0 grs. was my go to.
But the Marlin I guess has a looser chamber, and the way I understand it is that the case wasn't expanding enough.
I was getting a blow back, that was concerning.
A couple of friends that I trust, both owned Henry BBS carbines and were shooting 10.0 grs. of unique with great accuracy and no problems.
I tried it and it worked, no blow back and shows signs of some accuracy.
I just wanted to do a little more testing.

Been windy all day, ran some errand earlier, and when I came back.
Just for you I went out in the back yard and ran a cylinder full of the 190's and the 255's through the BH.
Neither were bad, shooting one handed at an 8" steel target @ 15 yds.
Three out of six with the 255's, and 4 outa 6 with the 190's.
I'd like to try a 255 out on a deer.
