I have 4 old Speer manual 1961, #7 , #8 and #10 ... $20 and I will mail all 4 to you .
Oh man - and my # 9 would fit right in between - give me a day or two to make room for them and I might take them!

take another look at the title in the link ====> they specifically say the data is for a 30 Carbine (Handgun) .... we have several manuals that use the same type notation for 357, 44, 45 and other cartridges that can be used in both rifles and handguns .... as noted earlier, I'm a bit apprehensive when it comes to making up my own loads without reference points from an established source .... Speer is a good company, when they say Handgun I'm comfortable working with their recommendations

our order of Speer Plinker 30 caliber bullets arrived today .... so far as I can tell, this is the only bullet of this type that Speer offers .... I hope to get some loaded within the next few weeks and test them .... if they perform as we hope, I'll probably stock up

Yep I have lots of these on hand myself as I reload 30-30 with them. FWIW they work best when crimped with a collet style factory crimp die.

one of these hundred grain'ers should really scream out of a 30-30 .... I just might have to give that a try .... we have a new set of RCBS dies and a Lee factory crimp die to use reloading them for our 30 Luger .... just got off the phone with one of our sons and we plan to load 20 or so next week for testing

Well.... depending on the load but I don't load to 'screaming' velocities - I am loading them with 12 grains of Unique which chronos at about 1700 FPS +/- and are VERY accurate in all my Winchesters.

I can't help but wonder how they would do in a 308 .. :?: .. there are 110 gr spitzer bullets out there that can be used for long range varmint shooting
