Heavy bullet in 41 mag

Just in case anybody is wondering...

Underwood informed me their 265 grain 41 Mag load has an overall length of 1.695".

Whether that will feed through the BBS remains to be seen...

It will mine, I'll bet.

I think I'm gonna order a box and see...I can use them in the Blackhawk if they won't feed through the Henry.

Cheapest way I can see to find out if they'll work.

Is that a cast boolit or jacketed?
As I'm not familiar with them.

It'll take me a while (month or 3)...I should have the rifle by early next week but I doubt I can get the ammo before I have to go back to work.

I'll probably just hunt with the loads I already have for the Blackhawk this year, those are 210 XTP's over a stiff dose of Accurate 4100 powder.

So much fun stuff I need to do, and so little time to do it in... but I will get it done.

If they group anything like some 250 Cor-Bons I have they'll be a dandy.

Most people agree Underwood is good stuff... loaded warm, accurate, and consistent.

Id like to get one in a carbine but I have had other stuff in the way. BBB carbine would be nice.

I totally agree but when they first came out, Henry said they weren't going make one.
Otherwise I "may" have waited.
But I'm tickled with mine and have no complaints.
Hope to bag a deer with it this upcoming season.

I hoping they produce a 35 in a case colored with an octagon barrel.
If so that'll be my next Henry.

But I thought they were a little high.

That darn thing got me into reloading, and casting, and then well.
