Yep been raining most of the morning.
I hadn't saved any 9's, so not much empty.
So, Al will appreciate this, I walked out on the back porch and unloaded the Ruger of some FM's.
Then loaded those back with the 147's.
Been looking around for some dies for myself now. :o
Never thought I would ever need any.
Things change though.
I may load some 223's here in a bit.

Hope ya need the rain cause it is definitely on the way, but it was mostly a lite rain.

So far, it's just a drizzle. Just enough to keep me inside. I've got a set of Lee 9mm dies I use, 4 die set, carbide sizer & factory crimp dies. Works well for me. "If" you can find any. Everything is scarce now, as you know. Good luck bud. :D

Thanks.
Well, I've got my eye on a couple sets on flea bay.
Maybe I can scoop one up reasonably.

I just looked at amazon, midsouth and midway. All on back order. Damn! Maybe a local mom and pop shop, but, those are scarce. Hope you land one Randy.

Been to a couple, about all there is close that sell loading supplies.
None locally. Not in a big hurry, as I can borrow these again if needed.
Just wanted to try those heavier bullets, and they worked so I"m happy to know it will shoot reliably.
Was having issues with the lighter bullets.
The owners manual suggests 125-147 gr.

I was about ready to trade it off, but now I believe it's a keeper.

I use XTP 124 gr. work in my Walther ok. Did load 100, 147 gr. XTP, because that's what was available at the time. Haven't tried them yet.
Times are hard all over, LOL.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Browsing thru MidSouth Shooters, just now, scored 100 pcs, Starline 45/70 brass. They've been out for a while. Lucked up I guess.
