Apparently, they are a large real estate holding/management company, but there's a lot of confusion about that. Googling it doesn't help.

It may be that Round Hill Capitol is the successor company to Roundhill Group, llc (which no longer exists). If so, those boys have a lot of cash on hand. They own a significant chunk of Europe and the US that they've acquired since 2002. They certainly have the means to buy up Remington real estate and do something interesting with it.
