Beautiful place Jim. It's been well cared for and shows it. I hope you sell quickly and get to move on to greener pastures.

Thanks so much my friend, we want to get it over with and move on.

We have several places in TN saved as well. :D It would be a much shorter move, and I lived in Shelby County for a couple years... Loved the area.

Man I don't go to Shelby co unless I just have to nowadays.
Around here we refer to it as the armpit of the state these days.
My wife was born there, and even she doesn't like going back.

I was in Millington in the late 70s as a PFC for a few months as an Aviation student. Went back in the mid 80s as a SSGT to teach at the Aviation Electricians course for a couple years. I was stationed there when Elvis died. I didn't go to Memphis much. I rode the Single tracks through the state forest on my Trek 950 with the Mountain Biking Club, and kayaked and canoed. Great parks, and small town vibe in Millington back then.

My ex father-n-law was stationed there his last three years.
He retired early part of '76.
Actually when I was little, we lived on 51 between the two.
There's a member here that's in the Lakeland area, I sure he could tell ya more about the area than I.
Can't think of his handle but he post in the morning thread some.
