Polar Express --- Bryson City, NC

a holiday ride on the Polar Express in the Great Smoky Mountains of NC is become extremely popular and for many has become a family Christmas tradition .... one of our sons is on his way west to Bryson City (65+ miles west of Asheville) where his family will board the Polar Express .... our other son took his family up there a few years ago and his son still talks about it

I enjoyed following your Big Guy's train experience .... he'll carry those memories for a very long time to come

Thank you very much for this post. Mentioned it to Carol today and we did some research. Close as we are, I cannot believe that I was unaware of it, much less unaware of the movie from 2004!
We even watched the heart warming movie via Direct TV on demand. Texted my DIL to ask if my two Granddaughters, ( ages 4 and 8 ) have ever seen it. Waiting to hear back, as I suggested that they see it. Would DEFINITELY be a better experience for them if so. You may have helped solve one of our Christmas gift ideas. Hope there are still reservations available. Thank you again!!!
