Hope I'm not the only one that enjoyed Dolly Parton's 50th anniversary of her and the Grand Ol Opry
Love that woman. She is a jewel...will be an iconic loss when she leaves us.

didn't get to see the show but I've been a Dolly fan for as long as I can remember .... her Islands In The Stream duet with Kenny Rogers is one of my all time favorites

Agree.. brings tears to my eyes...Great message!

I am not a fan of C&W but Dolly is one of a kind and someone all little girls can look up to. Like Sinatra " she did her way".

George Jones had a great line about Dolly in his song 'No show jones'

'And Dollys got two good reasons she's well known'

Reality being what it is she is very articulate, intelligent and well cultured - in spite of her 'roots'.

I got to see some of it, but it was on the wrong night, lol.

Should have been over the holiday week-end where I (we) would have had more time to watch it.

Dolly was great as usual, but I missed Hank, Jr on the show.
