Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Thanks so much, Al. I'm sure it's been explained a million times, but I don't get why a pic taken in regular ol' "Portrait" orientation comes out sideways here! It's over my head!

Motorcyles are like rifles, I've decided, when it comes to photographing them. One long, all-inclusive shot doesn't quite do it. Seems to just beg for a series of close-ups so the bits and pieces can be appreciated...not unlike nice furniture details and CCH nuances.

If you are taking pictures with a cell phone Evan it should post right if you keep your shutter release button on the right. Its not a 100% that way but most of the time it should be right.

I guess I'm not tracking. If I'm taking a pic in regular Portrait orientation, isn't the shutter release button just in the middle at the bottom of the screen?

I'm too dumb for my smartphone, apparently!

Ive never used the portrait selection in my iPhone which I know you have as well. I just use the regular photo selection. To me when you would use portrait it would automatically be like using the photo selection and turning the phone vertical rather than taking it horizontal. If that makes sense
