Ed, I could be wrong, but it seems the forum software will upload .zip files now. You could save the PDF doc in a zip file for those of us who are interested reading in this.
Edit: (the initial post shared the scan in jpg format)

Most vivid image of the many amazing marksmanship scenarios described was McGook awaiting (anxiously I'm certain!) for the author to shoot through the hanging rope:
"MCGook's face was turning black; I'd have to hurry. Wildly I whammed in the three other shots -- missed. And turned away leaving my pal to dance in the breeze.'
An all-around cool 8-) Colt .45 story.

Glad you liked it!
I always thought it was a humorous, but a good review of how 'Wild West' marksmanship had been misrepresented due to movies, dime novel stories etc.

Yea - the fact the story was from
1941 meant the author was performing his review with actual. period guns and ammo which
Ensured a higher lever of authenticity and reality.

Thanks for the link. Have read it, before, but always nice to put things back into a real world perspective when it comes to legends of the Old West.
