When I was an LE in the USAF one evening a Military Working Dog Handler came back the HQ for coffee for something.
It was winter on a midnight shift and he left his van running and the dog inside.
We were inside the desk Sgt. office and suddenly heard a 'boom' sound on the side of the building.
You guessed it - the dog hit the shift lever putting it in forward......
