Yes it is. They were camped next to me and they were heading to California in a few days to sell it down there where they could get more for it. But I said I would take it at the lower price and he didn’t want to pass up a done deal. He delivers it tomorrow.

Wish I had a backyard big enough to park mine in. But the HOA here wouldnt let me anyway without lots of mail hitting the mail box.
