This gentleman is posting ongoing "Good News" articles for family and friends, who have lost loved ones during WWII.
He will continue his project until September 2, 2020, when we will celebrate the 75th anniversary of the end of that war.
The project was started in January 2017. The AP article lists the blogspot anyone can access to read these dedications.
