If you are looking for something to watch the last race of the Aussie V8 supercars championship is on today, tonight US time.
Epic race yesterday with the 2 fighting for the championship qualifying 1st and 3rd. DJR?Penske driver McLaughlin starting from 3rd with a 12 point lead in the championship lead a lot of the race before being passed 2 corners from the finish when he ran out of fuel. His 888 rival van Gisbergen taking the win and cutting the championship lead to 2 points.
150 points on offer today for the race winner so who ever crosses the line 1st regardless of finishing position should take the championship but van Gisbergen faces a post race penalty for a pit lane breach in yesterdays race that will be decided by stewards this morning. McLaughlin copped a post race penalty after last years final race that cost him the championship.

I've noticed that this thread as well as just about all others I'm on that talk about Nascar have been eerily quiet since Logano won.

Hardly anyone is saying anything.

Myself, I was listening to it on the radio on the way back from Raleigh and once I heard who won, I just switched it to music.

It seems, to me anyway, to be the most quiet Championship that I can remember.

I also believe this win will not help the struggling Nascar.

Can't wait till Daytona and the much better, in my opinion, Fox coverage who does an amazing job presenting us the race.

Well I for one don't give two hoots about him.
And glad I didn't waste anytime watching the series this year.
And really didn't bother me none, I don't care for the stage racing crap.
probably won't watch it again next year either.

Like most of the professional sports today.
It's more about the money and the sponsors.

Bull Riding now there's a sport.
