What about a good colonoscopy prep thread?

Sit back and talk with friends. Same rules as before. Rule #1-Relax with friends on the front or back porch.

Ah ok better get one then so you can appreciate not getting one. Had one when I was 50 but not since then. But the Dr the other day mentioned it again. :x
