Florida State and Michigan have both looked sloppy throughout the first half ....

I'm pretty certain Texas Tech is glad the lost game is over.
They struggled a lot in the paint, and especially with their lay ups.
Tough day for TT, great day for Villanova with their 79-51 win.

Three of four now in. The Alamodome court is waiting...

if the rankings are right and with this game they appear to be, the game should go right down to the wire

I went to Palm Sunday evening service when there were 6 minutes left in the KU-Duke game. So recorded the rest of the game to my DVR. Just finished watching the end of it, and the OT win by KU was a real nail biter (at least for a KU alum)!! And throughout the battle there were a ton of lead changes. JEBar was spot on about the wire....

KS wheat has waved once again -- > KU 85 - Duke 81.

The Four are set. Should be some more good ball playing at the end of the Road.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

No doubt about that, BigAl. I'm close enough to Lawrence to almost hear the hoopla. ;)

But this win heading to the Final Four is nothing compared to a championship win. In 1988 when Danny Manning & team took the national trophy, I had graduated the year before with my M.A. degree from KU, and was working on-campus in the Alumni Association. Talk about exploding bedlam in that office for I don't remember how long! Seems like almost every alum in the country was calling in for this or that. I do recall some of my co-workers coming in the office the morning after and telling stories about how it was so noisy everywhere in Lawrence, that it was very hard to sleep the night of that win. Being on a college campus with any NCAA championship is some kind of experience! 8-)

I want to apologize to any Michigan fans, but I am pulling for Loyola and Sister Jean this evening. Go Loyola.

I'd say you and many, many other folk are also pulling for Sister Jean and her boys!

Wow, 29-22 at half with Loyola on top!!!! Lots of good ball playing. The two Loyola runs (15-3 w/in 6 minutes, followed by 9-0 w/in 2-1/2 minutes) were fun to watch. Michigan's Wagner is playing strong, but the call on his goal-tending was really quite obvious....haven't seen that called so easily and clearly in quite a while.

~~20 minutes until we find out the end of this first semi-final story... :)
