The Adult Evening Beverage

My dad used to drink to many martini's. He would drowned those little pearl onions in them with an olive. It always smelled to me like it was something you used to clean up some paint brushes. Just never could get into Martinis.

We splurged last night. Went to a small supper club near us for dinner and drinks. They do not advertise at all,
but the place was very busy. Word of mouth. We've been going there for over thirty years a couple times a month.
Prime Rib, salad, cup of soup, garlic bread, relish tray, twice fried french fries, and finally a Tanquera Martini for me and
a brandy Alexander for the wife. Damn that was good.
Slept like a baby.

Sounds really good Coop! Glad Ya'll had a pleasurable time. Sleeping like a baby is great as well...kinda rare for me,
