A picture of nothing.
I took this picture about five years ago. The subject isn't anything spectacular but I thought it was interesting.

I liked your picture very much!
Well, I've lived in, and driven throughout, several mid-western states over the years. I've seen different versions of your picture fairly often. I believe the good people that did/do agriculture, and the variety of other industrial work throughout the U.S, are the "salt" of our country. We have a great abundance in America because of the work of their hands.
So thanks for posting this one, Sir Henry. I think it is really something!!

I like to photograph ordinary things and just with lighting and composition make them interesting.CT_Shooter wrote:Both are quite compelling images. Great work.

Beautiful old grainery, I really like the contrast.
I love the old signage on the walls.
I like to look for old buildings that were used as billboards. I also like to look for old dilapidated farmhouses and barns. One of these days I am going to load up my camera gear and just cruise the country roads and shoot some of my favorites.

I love driving the secondary roads cross-county. I've pulled my teardrop about 20,000 miles in the last seven years.
