LGS stop yesterday

I stopped by a LGS yesterday just to browse around. I went in and the owner said to me "This is your lucky day." He said he was over stocked with Henry lever rifles and I could have 5 for $1000 cash on the spot. So I had my gun show money with me and got five Henry's for a $1000.

Well that April fools joke didn't make it far. I failed with my wife this morning to. I put packing tape on the floor between the bed room and the bath room sticky side up for her to step on in her bare feet and she saw a refection off it and stopped. She is at exercise now in town so I put Vaseline on the door knob she has to use to get in. Thought that may be better than wheel bearing grease. She just pulled in the carport and I watched her grab the knob and jump back like it had electric in it. She actually did laugh.

My wife always complains about having change in her pocket book making it heavy. She always sits it where she can just walk by and reach down and grab it on the fly and out the door. So one April fool after she went to bed I put ten 1lb. lead ingots that I used to melt down for bullets in her pocket book. The next morning on her way out she grabbed the pocket book and it almost pulled her off her feet. I heard her holler "Johnny."
