Seems to me there is alot of animated stuff going into the movies. Like Aquaman. Im not interested at all. Comic book like RR said and cartoon movies are not for me. If I want to watch cartoons I will watch Pink Panther Bugs Bunny Road Runner and something along that line. Those were cartoons Just my .02 worth

.
I like action packed movies where the life-like animations are top shelf, real like and believable. Lord of the Rings and Avatar being a couple of them. The attempt at life-like animation in Aquaman didn't turn out so well. Kinda flat and lacked depth. Actor movement through water wasn't realistic at all. As far as actual cartoons, as a kid I liked the Road Runner, Mighty Mouse, Sylvester, Tom & Jerry.

2020 --- that's hard to believe but its that time again .... sure doesn't seem that yet another year has gone by .... the main components of our traditional meal remain the same with one new item thrown in .... on the traditional side, country ham, collard greens, homemade biscuits, grits, red-eye gravy and black-eyed peas .... new for us, poached oysters :D

we will spend New Year's at home .... historically in our part of the country a New Year's meal menu includes :

collard greens, blackeyed peas, side meat/pork, and cornbread
We add some chow-chow to that normally. I am having surgery in February must loose as much weight as possible by then. So we are having a salad with skinless boneless chicken tenders. Yeah!
