Looks like the deposed king will finally have to pay back 4.4 million$$ that he ripped off from us hardworking members.

The antics of these bozos will stain the NRA for a long time to come.

If no new Board of Directors is elected, what prevents similar antics by different officers happening again in the future?

I am not sure the patient is cured.

We all knew of the negatives for many years.

Glad to see it end.

Hopefully it will also be a lesson to the others.

Not only is it the money, but he will go down in shame.

I'm a life member but after the Col. Ollie North deal and also Chris Cox and Ted Nugent leaving I was getting reluctant to send any more money their way. Lately I'm more inclined to support GOA.

As gun owners one thing is certain....This is a really bad time in our history for this kind of thing to be happening. :(

As far as donations go it wont change a thing for me. The entire board needs to be replaced and there is way to much overhead in the form of wages for me to even think about donating.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Although Wayne sure had his negatives, in my opinion the NRA has done a whole lot of good all through the years. And now with him gone, which we all wanted, it should be better than ever in these later years. Would we be this privileged and free without the NRA? That said, if more changes are needed, they should be resolved.

When I got back into shooting about 10 yrs ago my favorite gun shop was owned by a lady named Jeri. She lead me back into shooting, giving advice and recommendations. She was the one who said I should get a Henry .22 as a starter rifle. One of the first pieces of advice who not to join the NRA as they were a bunch of crooks. This from a gun shop owner for over 10 yrs. Turns out she knew some of the board members and had serve on some committees. She had a lot to say about the characters ruling the NRA. None of it good.

Crooks helping other crooks. :( Must have taken lessons from politicians. I dropped out a couple years back. I am going to join GOA.
