Whoever said money can't buy happiness never bought a lab puppy.

We fed our puppies 4 times a day. They have little stomachs and high metabolisms.

When they hit 6-9 months old we scaled back to 3 small meals a day. 7:00, 10:30 and 4:30.

We have Pugs.

Glen had his first visit to our vet yesterday and she told us to feed him more. He was a little bony but weighed in at 12 lbs. He is very happy with his food quantity increase .


JEBar, they are Golden Retirevers. Our adult dog is 86 lbs and is a bit overweight. The new pup seems bigger than Trey was as a pup so he may end up in excess of 90.
