One spot snow removal

Post by Vaquero » Fri Jan 19, 2024 8:22 am

Yesterday the wife decided while we are basically stuck at the house that we should do cleaning here in the cave.
She wanted to clean the paneling, as it's been a couple years and here is where the Ashley wood heater resides.
So taking stuff down and moving stuff around, I had to move the box of Ammonia nitrate out of the way... :o
So I decided a break was needed and well, look below. :D

Do you mean you store that stuff close to your wood stove? Seriously?

Plus - in a house fire 400 degrees will set it off. If I misread your post, I apologize…

It is in the same room yes, but not near it.
Been in here for a good number of years, as is All my loading powders.
Opposite side approximately 20 ft. away. Inside a cardboard box inside of a wooden box. Can't keep it outside as it would absorb moisture and would be good for nothing except fertilizer.
Trust me I know what it's capable of, been shooting it for years.

Here's what the ground looked like afterwards and that was about a cup and a half of mixture.
