Same here, Brother. After I was wounded, spent 16 months in an Army hospital(s). Never want to do that again.
Spring has sprung. Get out and shoot your Henry

I rarely ever buy a rifle, but when I do, it's a Henry.

Hope recovery goes well for you! Listen to what the Dr's orders are, and do what they say! Get up and walk as much as you can as soon as you can. 15 years ago I had my C2 and C3 fused. That was a long several months. But I came out of it as good as I could have. I'm hoping you do too!
Here's to many pain free years after your recovery!

Sometimes those braces are a blessing because of the pain without.

Hope you have a speedy recovery, and glad the surgery went well! I had my C2 and C3 fused a while back. Follow the Dr. orders and you should be back at it soon! When I couldn't sleep a few weeks and months after my surgery, I'd get up in the middle of the night and go for long, long walks around town. That kept me sane I think.
