Selling items in classified
I went to the classified rules and read the rules. It said no selling ammo. My question is I have a bag of 100 new Winchester 22 Hornet brass I want to sell. A deal on a Hornet barrel for my T/C Contender fell through due to a bad barrel and the brass is no longer needed. So is listing new empty brass fall into the ammo group? How about is listing bullets for reloading off limits?

I looked there recently because I will have some brass and bullets to sell also in the future. There has been brass and bullets listed in the past and as I recall I dont think that those items fall under the loaded ammunition ban. I may get corrected on that when Jim responds.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Re: Selling items in classified
With the scarcity of ammunition these days, why not clarify the rule on the Classified site. I.E....
No selling of Firearms or Ammunition ...yada, yada, yada. This does/does not preclude the sale of reloading components. This does/does not preclude firearms parts NOT prohibited by law.

You can tell a lot about the character of a man...
by the way he treats those who can do nothing for him.

sorry for a delay in responding .... we've been on the road for the last 4 days .... as has been noted, no sale of or solicitations to purchase ammo or firearms is permitted on the open forum .... components may be sold so long as doing so is in compliance with any/all laws which may be applicable .... as Dave has directly responded in this thread, empty cases would be OK
