Back home this morning (yesterday actually) and it’s a warm one. Clouds came in overnight keeping the low temp up and it’s 68. We are “supposed” to get maybe .25 inch of rain this morning but so far all I hear out there is crickets. (Literally

). Sure hope we get the rain as I have some non watered areas I want to mow but without rain it will be way too dusty.
Light steady rain went through here overnight. Supposedly about 1/4 inch. Open areas well wet down without getting muddy. Still dry under the tree canopy though. Satellite shows the front should be passing through Eastern Oregon/Washington about now or soon. Maybe you'll see some rain out of that.
61' and cloudy this morning. Maybe 78' later. Forecast is for 70's low 80's through Thursday. Friday maybe low 90's.

Morning, says 73 with 98% humidity, muggy as all get out.
May try for the gong after while, the sun is about to be in my face. Still early when I made the pic., but I did fire one round...missed.
The site needs to be adjusted. Last few times shooting it was in the yard. May you all have a good weekend.

Well, I mowed the spot up on the hill in the old hog lot. Then set a couple gongs up, yep. I need to get the sight readjusted.

its been a hot, muggy, really good day .... well before daylight we headed 70 miles west to watch our 16 year old grandson in a Junior Fire Fighters Competition .... he has been working as a volunteer at a local fire station for the last year or so .... he was part of a 7 person team that competed in several contest .... in the first picture he is on the right .... the second picture shows the event where the teams see which one can get their uniforms on correctly .... the third shows a tower they had to drag a hose to the top after blowing a cone off of the top after getting one on each of the floors below .... current temp 83 with a RealFeel of 99 ... no rain anticipated today

56 and dawning a clear sky as I type. Nice day ahead as well as a nice week too. 80’s for the high this week and maybe 90 by the weekend. This coming Saturday I’ll be participating in my Union local’s annual sporting clays shoot to support The Guide Dogs of America, an organization that obtains and trains both the dog and the person receiving the dog for the blind. They also have a support dog division.
Yea, we got a nice rain yesterday that our friend Mags from Oregon sent us. Thanks Mags! Probably a quarter inch or more and it was a nice slow soaking rain. Much needed and I got some mowing done in some areas outside the yard.

I like those sentiments pictured Randy.
72F here, going to 80. It will cloud up, but maybe not rain.
Coffee in a Boy Scout mug this morning, George Winston playing softly. Copper and I are enjoying the deck this morning.
I will need to water the watermelons. They are woefully small for this stage of the game.
Mary should return from camp today, I returned earlier in the last week to work most of the weekend at the P/T job.
I hope you all enjoy your day today.

Thunderstorm rolled thru early this morning, too wet to mow so think I’ll watch the Little League World Series games this afternoon. Everyone have a great Sunday!
