at one time I was a fan of Major League Baseball ..... I followed the Braves and the Yankees .... tonight I'm sitting here watching the Astros playing the Braves .... have to admit that I didn't know the name of a single Braves player

The Brew Crew lost yesterday to make it three in a row. They won today 1-0 to keep afloat of the National League Central.

Breaking news:

The Seattle Mariner’s finally won the first series of the season and then went on to make it a sweep. Against the Reds.

I’m still an M’s unless they are playing the crew. After Milwaukee stole the Pilots I never thought I could ever be a Brewers fan.

Baseball is the lone passion I have that ranks up there with my love for traditional firearms. I pay the $149 every year for MLB.TV so I can watch just about any game I want (except the team in my home region, which is the Diamondbacks, and the games on the national networks, which are under blackout restrictions).

The Dodgers are my favorite team and I watch them a lot, but I'll probably watch the Orioles nearly as much this year. What a collection of young talent with more on the way!

My favorite players are Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw (currently on the Injured List) and Yankees slugger Aaron Judge. There are quite a few guys past their primes whom I still like a lot (the Rockies' Charlie Blackmon, the Pirates' Andrew McCutchen, to name a couple).

I like to watch the Cubs' Kyle Hendricks pitch. Not overpowering stuff, but really knows what he's doing.

Looking forward to another great season! To me, they're all great.
I am considering doing this. It drives me nuts that MLB does not stream the games online through the radio stations that broadcast them. Pay for extra channels so you can watch the regular games, pay for listening, pay, pay, pay. I like streaming the Twins games on my earbuds while I am working.

Football and baseball are the only reason I even own a TV. It would cost me about $180 a month to be able to watch the Brewers. I can listen to them for free on the radio. I have radios in every room in the house and have a headset radio so I can be outside working anywhere on my 25 acres. Packer games are broadcast free and I can pick them up with an antenna.

More breaking news, the Seattle Mariners are in first place….. hmmmm been here before but in the past nothing but disappointment so I’ll be tempering my enthusiasm for now. ;)

Don’t worry they usually remember who they are by the middle of May.

Meanwhile the Brew Crew is doing good although the damn Yanks just beat up on us twice.
