I have enjoyed watching car racing on Tupper Lake in the winter time. I see trucks out on the lake fishing when I travel up to camp.

I recall back in the late 70s when I lived in the Twin Cities someone tried moving a house across Mille Laq and lost it and the semi when they crossed a spring. Read about it into the summer when they were using a barge to remove the house and the truck and were being fined everyday until it was all done.
