Remington 1187-Tactical Shotgun Conversion

Post by Hrfunk » Mon Mar 04, 2019 9:29 am

Hi all! It's been a little while since I posted on this forum, but I thought some of you might be interested in my gunsmithing project from this past weekend. If so, be sure to let me know your thoughts!

back in the late '80's we bought 3 new 11-87's for our sons and me .... I have no clue how many shotguns the three of us own but I can't think of a shotgun configuration that isn't among them .... when we go to our vaults to get a shotgun for hunting or trap shooting, all three of us still grab our 11-87's .... thanks for the video, you made an excellent presentation .... such a mod would not be one any of us would even remotely consider but it was fascinating to see what is possible

Thank you! I can tell you that the magazine modification is not for the faint of heart. That said, I'm pretty happy with the end result!

Nice video. I don't have the urge to convert a shotgun but enjoyed the process.
