That's a real nice one. Cimarron offers a good looking Uberti as well.

Yeah, X2

Here is my coach gun. It was not expensive. Around $225.oo if I recall. It is Chinese. It filled the bill I was looking for. Cheap, exposed hammer and 20 gauge. It was purchased as a fun gun. It's the one I break down and take to camp in my bag. It's the only gun I have thought of using as home defense. I keep two rounds of bird shot in the night stand when I have the coach gun used as that function. By the time I wake, load and cock the hammers, I'll be prepared to investigate a noise.

Being exposed hammer, you break the action open and it just falls open due to gravity, as Hickok .45 explained in his video.

It's more likely to be taken out and used for just plinking fun. It is fun. I use the strap. If I feel like it, I wear a dark grey wool vest and my greek fisherman's hat and I'm one of the bodyguards from the Godfather as I push the brush for pest birds at the farm.

That is my intended purpose! Nothing deeper than that....

If Henry makes a double 12 with exposed hammers I'll buy one. Just started to look into double barrels. I just am liking older style of firearms the older I get.
