Winchester 12ga

Post by DWD445 » Thu Sep 29, 2016 12:40 pm

Turns out my 12ga I thought was a 1300 is a 1400 !! Duh. Was my dad's gun and I used it to trap shoot Sun.
and tried to take the "plug" out to hold more shells. WELL...it does not have a plug, half of the mag is "mag" and the
front half is gas chamber for action w/a spring and piston, what I thought was a plug is staked in place. So 3 shots it is !!
Did give er a good cleaning [and it needed it] and ordered a Pachmayr butt pad off feebay  \
No.. this ain't the whole fam damily, just the best pic of the 1400. ;)

That's a nice Winchester. I enjoy semi automatics from time to time. Nice photograph!
