If I was to go down that road with BP...it would have to be an 1847 Colt Walker.... :)

our Henry BBS and Ruger Redhawk 44 Mags .... nothing new .... in fact both well used to tune of tens of thousands of rounds ....

My favorites are my Henry BBB and Ruger NM Blackhawk. Both .45 colt and fun to shoot.

I bought one new gun in 2019, a 22LR SAA Taylors and Company/Uberti Revolver to pair with the first gun I ever bought, a Henry H001.

Anyone going with BP stuff would not be disappointed, Al. Easy for me to pick the muzzleloader as a favorite, especially with the slowed-down pace of "making smoke."

CT, very similar to one of the Uberti 45 Colts that we also bought this year. It was in the running for me, but the sentimental value of that old Ruger won out. .
