Re: Pistol covers
Arrived today....I did not specify color but I lucked out I think....a little classier than the old wool sock it was in before. Kind of a soft canvas lining, and saddle blanket outside. Like a little cowboy bedroll for my pistol....

Re: Pistol covers
Very nice. I need to get to MY leather working table project. Miss T has the Honey Do's lined up, but I might just jump mine in line. I do have cutsies authority. If I get my leather working station built, I can knock out a couple knives with sheathes.

I really like the pistol cover RR got from October Country for his revolver. I PM'd him with some questions about it, because it's been hard to find a pistol cover long enough to hold my Trapper pistol with OAL +14" or so. So I ordered one. I received it while I was at the KC Get-Together. When I opened it, I found that this cover works great.
Thanks, RR. OC does produce a quality product in these covers.
Similar yet different designs came with mine. I like what colors I got, too. Couple of photos with my different looking pistol!

Re: Pistol covers
Hey, ESquared,
A primary reason I got mine is because I could fit my very long-barreled pistol in it, and still have enough "flap" to tie it down securely. I was curious if they offered smaller sizes since your siblings' barrels are smaller. Of course, either of my Russian twins easily fits (6.5" barrel versus the Trapper's 9.75" barrel), but lots of "flap" length is used to tie it up.
Here is what was written in the OC pistol cover description:

Investigation done. Other than what might be the cost for a "custom-made" one.If a different size is needed to fit your pistol, contact us and we can make you a custom cover.
