Standard Manufacturing SAA
Want to own a very high end SAA chambered in 45 Colt?
Standard Manufacturing, just about 45 minutes from my home, makes one for $1895.

Ouch! If I had the money to spend, ? But, thanks for sharing. Guns seem to be alive and well.

Actions speak louder than words (Matthew 7:16-20).
Re: Standard Manufacturing SAA
Why not just get the real thing, a Colt? The other high end single action producer was U.S.F. A. and where are they now? Also S.T.I. brought out the Texican single action but it too is no longer with us. I think that I'll just keep my Colt.

It has the two piece grips like the Heritage
It could very well be better than a Colt, who knows especially if you want to buy new.

Re: Standard Manufacturing SAA
Part of U.S.F.A.'s demise was poor management and marketing. People also said why not just buy a Colt when USFA was in business, but the prices on used USFAs are now through the roof.
I do think there is still a place for a SA Colt with top quality components and when you compare that gun with small shop 1911s with similar quality components, that's actually a reasonable price. Hope the company makes a go of it. We could use more options for a U.S. made SA revolvers. Of course, you could always order a Freedom Arms SA and wait a couple years, now, for delivery and pay much more.

Nice, but way out of what I can afford . Heck, buying a Henry is a stretch.
