Interested in your thoughts when you receive it.
And a range report once you get it there.

I own a couple JM's.

You will like the 444 Marlin. I have had about 5 or six over the years. Only have one left and it is possibly the most accurate center fire Marlin I have ever owned. The 444 is a hammer on deer but does not destroy meat like some of the smaller calibers do. I have killed all my deer so far where they stood with the 444 and can't ask for more than that. If one was to run there would be little trouble finding a blood trail. The rifle on the bottom is the 444 I still own. It does have the best wood of all the ones I have had.

Have you made it out to the range with it yet?
Just curious of your thoughts on the new 444.
