BLR

Post by Shakey Jake » Mon Sep 09, 2019 10:56 am

Going down to the LGD later in the day after clients to get my Marlin .44 bore scoped. I saw this for sale on their web site and may have to take a look at it while I'm there. .243

Oh man -been looking for one of these myself in .243.
Hope its in good condition and you do not hesitate!
Do you know what year model it is?
I am keeping an eye out for a pre '96 as they were all steel then.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......

Yep, you're right. BLR in .243 and it's a take down model to boot! The scope is a Leupold 2.5 X 8.

Early 80's I think. I'll look it up to make sure. They haven't made the pistol grip in a while I don't think. Correct me if I'm wrong. Not as old as I thought. 2001 BLR Lightning. Looks like a closet queen. Looks to be all steel to me. What parts weren't?
