Palmetto State Armory AR9

Post by DAVIDF » Sun Aug 05, 2018 3:37 am

Well I was just about to buy a Ruger PC Carbine until I looked on PSA's website and saw they had a slightly cheaper 9mm upper with 15" free float rail and a cheaper billet lower for Glock magazines, both with free shipping. Upper is $300 and lower $150. I couldn't pass up those prices and ordered them yesterday. I had recently got to try one from PSA but with a lower that accepts Colt magazines. I really liked it. https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-16- ... 48961.html

Upper does not come with sights, so I'll initially at least throw on my Aimpoint PRO on it and see how I like that combo. I have been wanting a 9mm carbine for a while to shoot steel up close on pistol ranges. This will be a lot of fun. Now, I just need some more a lot more small pistol primers!

Good for you! One of the guns on my bucket list is a 9mm AR that utilizes Glock magazines. Pistol caliber carbines are a hoot! :D

I can remember saying I'd never own a GLOCK,never own an AR15 and never get married. I found out that never is a long, long time!
