Thanks. I really like them. I'm not sure on the scope though...points and shoots great without it.White Squirrel wrote:Great looking rifles. Congratulations, nice find.

Encouraged to see the interest in pump action rifles. They don't have the nostalgia of lever guns, but they really should, given they've been around a long time, not to mention how easy they are to shoot.

Agreed. I have an old pump action .22 Remington (model 121) as well. It is also quick, easy, and fun to shoot.North Country Gal wrote:Encouraged to see the interest in pump action rifles. I am envious. A 357 pump would be a wonderful idea for me.

Remember, it's not how many guns you have. It's how many bullets you have.
Re: ...and then there were two.
I was seriously considering an All-Weather Big Boy in .357 when these came up. The two combined were less than the cost of a Big Boy Steel. I may still get an all weather BB (such a good looking gun), but would switch things up a bit and get a .44.
You know, if there were a demand for it (who am I kidding?..it would be a niche market within a niche market), Henry could conceivably make some pretty sweet pump action pistol round rifles. They already have a slick little rimfire pump.

Great gun, and have taken a handful of deer with it.
I need to drag it out and shoot it, been a couple years since I have.
