The super Colibri is 590fps, if I recall correctly. Another quiet one (if you happen to see them on the shelf somewhere, or are doing an online search), is the Remington CeeBee round. It comes in at 740fps.

Ok so I found some Super Colibri today. Ill report back when I get to shoot it but these are supposed to be safe in rifle barrels. These are 590 fps. So should be rather quiet and yet safer from squibs.
