I haven't been back there yet. I will likely get it if I go back. Just have to have time to go there.

My peer pressure detector is going off. I always remember a sign in a local gun shop when I had cold feet years ago- it read: "Anybody can look- it takes a MAN to buy." No offense to the lady shooters in the house!

we have an 1100, one of the early generation chambered for 2 3/4" shells .... its very dependable and even though we don't use it often, it will be passed on down the line

I've since been back there. The Henry was gone to a good home before I got there. The person who got it was an avid .22 mag shooter so it was well received.
