Well. like I said, anything is possible.
VERY true.
Val Forgett of Navy Arms started out manufacturing his Henry replica in the U.S. - then was instrumental in developing the Italian manufacturers to produce them creating the beginning of the replica firearms industry.

So what is he saying exactly? The receivers are cast in the same foundry as the Uberti receiver? I doubt Henry owns their own foundry anyway. Guy sounds clueless.

Well. like I said, anything is possible. The Uberti 1885 High Wall I have coming has a match grade barrel made by Pedersoli according to info I have read. So it's quite possible that all these replica gun parts get around. Seems unlikely though, and how would anyone ever prove it unless the Mfgs come clean.

The other thing too: I very much doubt HRA would jeopardize their Made In America or Not Made at All brand slogan. They hang their hats on that one. Credibility would be toast.
Well if they did and it came out given Henry’s customer base It wouldn’t only be their credibility that would suffer.

Not suggesting anything but 'Made in America' could have been 'interpolated' from what should have been 'Assembled in America' .
All just speculation however.

Yeah, but as aggressive as they go about making that claim I think their customers would take it very differently. Besides when Anthony made that YouTube video describing where everything thing comes from he never once mentions anything but the USA.

I think the guy's full of crap. HRA makes theirs and Uberti makes their own. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Meant to ask you, how does your HRA 1860 shoot?

This guy wont even budge off his comment. He still says parts are made by Uberti and the gun is assembled here. I asked him for proof of his claim but he hasnt provided any yet only here say. Now hes calling names. Easy to do with a keyboard in front of you.
Here ya go Al.

When I worked in the firearms industry Henry was just starting to sell .22's and the company I was with was working with Colt our Colt rep told me about the how Henry's owner got there start up funding. It was buy assembling all those second generation black powder series colt revolvers. Which were Uberti parts finished by Colt and assembled by Henry (Tony Imperito) One thing I learned about the industry is why waste your money on tooling and setting up heavy equipment when you can farm it out. When the Henry co started making "original" Henry's
it wasn't too hard to figure out. Henry plus Uberti equals "original" Henry. Yes the fit and finish is higher quality but its still coming from the same foundry.

Vaquero I read that. But what proof is there in that comment.

Don't worry about getting older and still doing stupid stuff. You'll do the stupid stuff as always, only much slower. Hold my beer and watch this.......
